Notice is GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2014, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Third Floor Lobby area of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, in Naples, Collier County, Florida, 34112 at 11:00 A.m. on October 8, 2014, the following described property:
Lot 49, Liberty Landing, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 47, Pages 71 Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
