F/K/A Wells Fargo Financial Bank, William T. Elliott, Marjorie Kay Elliott, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 14th of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
BEGIN 45 FEET SOUTH AND 990 FEET WEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST; THENCE SOUTH 570 FEET FOR POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN SOUTH 72.19 FEET; THENCE WEST 140 FEET, THENCE NORTH 72.19 FEET, THENCE EAST 140 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, BEING IN MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
