NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will on the 8th day of October, 2014, at 9:00 AM, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Sarasota County, Florida:
LOT 10, THE GROVE AT BEEKMAN PLACE (F/K/A HAMLETS GROVE) BY VIRTUE OF AMENDMENT RECORDED IN O.R BOOK 2174, PAGE 2070, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 35, 35A THROUGH 35G, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
