NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 10, 2014, and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 3, 2014, both entered in Case No. 2012 CA 000088 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 4th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCATION AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDES OF ACE SECURITIES CORPORATION, HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-HE7, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is Plaintiff and EUGENE LUTZ A/K/A EUGENE K. LUTZ; LISA D. SOADY LUTZ A/K/A LISA D. LUTZ; CAPITAL ONE BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 3rd day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
