NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 14, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 007562 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A.,IN IT'S CAPACITY AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2002-NC1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2002-NC1, is Plaintiff and Jamie Osgood a/k/a Jamie S. Osgood, Patty Osgood, Rex Hoskins, and Darcy Hoskins, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 13th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8, Block 469, 8th Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision according to the map or plat thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 20, 20a through 20z2 Public Records of Sarasota County Florida
Located: 2010 Jameson Avenue, North Port, FL 34286
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
