NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 7, 2014, and entered in 2013 CA 009103 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF SARM 2004-16 TRUST FUND is the Plaintiff and JOHN J. GRIFFIN A/K/A JOHN GRIFFIN; MARY HELEN REILLY A/K/A MARY H. REILLY A/K/A MARY REILLY; THE VILLAGE AT BEEKMAN PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITIBANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on October 03, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 56, THE VILLAGE AT BEEKMAN PLACE, SECTION 2, A LAND CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2575, PAGES 2146 THROUGH 2212, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 30, PAGES 14, 14A AND 14B, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
