NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 26, 2014, and entered in 2012 CA 001542 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B. N/K/A ONEWEST BANK N.A. is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JOSEPHINE T. MORRISON A/K/A JOSEPHINE MORRISON; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; ROBERT MORRISON; UNKNOWN TENANT; SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on October 10, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT NO. 244, SARASOTA SPRINGS, UNIT NO.2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK NO.8, PAGE 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
