NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated Sept. 12, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-051950 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS,CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND OTHER UNKNOWN PERSONS OR UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST ALFRED PRIEST A/K/A ALFRED I. PRIEST, JR, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot(s) 1, 2,and 3, Block 1162, Unit 19, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 13, Page(s) 122, inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
