NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated Sept. 12, 2014, and entered in Case No. 36-2013-CA-051929 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Maria Vazquez, Midland Funding, LLC, Roberto Vazquez III, Capital One Bank, Bank of America, N.A., The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Trustees and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the estate of Roberto Vazquez, deceased, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 15 day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
