A parcel of land located in the County of Pasco, State of Florida, and known as: Being Lot Number 325, in Gulf Highlands Unit 2, as shown in the recorded Plat/Map thereof in Book 11, Page 127 of Pasco County Records.
COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 11724 Newell Drive, Port Richey, FL 34668-1035
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, such Morris Hardwick Schneider, LLC, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 5110 Eisenhower Blvd, Suite 302A, Tampa, FL 33634 on or before Oct 20 2014, and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
