NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-005295-ES, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-OPT1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OPT1 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JOSHUA J. PELHAM; Joshua J. Pelham, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 7th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK C, TOWN OF LACOOCHEE, FIRST ADDITION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 67, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
