NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 3, 2014 and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-7320-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and PETER W HORNICK; MANDI T HORNICK; LONGLEAF NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; LONGLEAF TOWN CENTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 10/20/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
