NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 3, 2014 and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-005319-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC.1, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST JON A. JACOBWITZ A/K/A JON JACOBWITZ, DECEASED; BETH JACOBWITZ, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF JON A. JACOBWITZ A/K/A JON JACOBWITZ, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; THE UNKNOWN GUARDIAN FOR JESSICA ANNETTE BROWN A/K/A BROOKE BROWN A/K/A BROOKE ANNETTE JACOBWITZ, A MINOR, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF JON A. JACOBWITZ A/K/A JON JACOBWITZ, DECEASED; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 10/20/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
