NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA- 008718-XXXX-ES in the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC11, MORTGAGE PASS- THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OC11, Plaintiff, and, LANA KONDIC EVANS, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, ON THE 7TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 2014, the following described property:
UNIT 206, BUILDING 6, TUSCANO AT SUNCOAST CROSSINGS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6873, PAGE 568 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 107, AND ANY AMENDMENTS MADE THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLOIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
