NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 28, 2014 in the above-styled cause, the property will be sold to the highest and best bidder for cash on October 15, 2014 at 11:00 A.M., at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the following described property:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS UNIT NO. 201, BUILDING B, ROYAL RICHEY VILLAGE I, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH A 4.01% SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1028, PAGE 584, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 11-13, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND A PERPETUAL AND NONEXCLUSIVE EASEMENT IN COMMON WITH BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALL OTHER OWNERS OF UNDIVIDED INTERESTS IN THE IMPROVEMENTS UPON THE LAND DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS AND USE OF ALL PUBLIC PASSAGEWAYS, AS WELL AS COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES UPON THE LAND DESCRIBED ABOVE.
