NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-010979ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff, and, MANAOIS JR, LEONARDO, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 22nd day of October, 2014, the following described property:
UNIT 309, BUILDING 7, TUSCANO AT SUNCOAST CROSSINGS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6873, PAGE 568 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 107, AND ANY AMENDMENTS MADE THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
