Residence unknown and if living, including any unknown spouse of the Defendant, if remarried and if said Defendant is dead, his/her respective unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, and trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against the named Defendant; and the aforementioned named Defendant and such of the aforementioned unknown Defendant and such of the unknown name Defendant as may be infants, incompetents or otherwise not sui juris.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following described property to-wit:
UNIT 15, BUILDING D, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF PARADISE LAKES RESORT CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 88 THROUGH 94, AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 129 THROUGH 137, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED NOVEMBER 15, 1981 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1159, PAGES 1382 THROUGH 1478 INCLUSIVE, AND RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1160, PAGES 296 THROUGH 392 INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED BY FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FOR PARADISE LAKES RESORT CONDOMINIUM AMENDING AND ADDING PHASE II AND CORRECTING PHASE I, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1325, PAGES 331 THROUGH 347 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's attorney, FLORIDA FORECLOSURE ATTORNEYS, PLLC, whose address is 601 Cleveland Street, Suite 690, Clearwater, FL 33755, on or before 30 days after date of first publication, response due by 10/20/2014, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
