CONDOMINIUM PARCEL UNIT 106-G, BUILDING 9, WITH A .00213% INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF APPURTENANCES THERETO, OF IMPERIAL EMBASSY CONDOMINIUM IV, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN O. R. BOOK 673, PAGES 669-749, AND ANY AMENDEMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
