NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 23, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-013671 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Erma Lee Hathcock also known as Irma Lee Hathcock also known as Erma L. Hathcock, Tenant #1 n/k/a Janice Bauman, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
