NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, Case No. 14-CA-2971 in which, Sea Pac Portfolio, LLC, Plaintiff, and Luis Rodriguez; Elba Montanez; State Of Florida; State Of Florida - Department Of Revenue; Norma Rodriguez; GMAC Insurance Company Online, Inc.; Nicholas Financial; Primus Automotive Financial Services, Inc.; Johanna Gazney; Leslie I. Torres; Credit One, LLC; Grow Financial Federal Credit Union F/K/A Macdill Federal Credit Union; Capital One Bank (USA), N.A.; Tina Denise Hall; Railroad And Industrial Credit Union; T&B Turf, Inc.; Peninsular Plumbing Co., Inc; Target National Bank; Gisela Villegas-Rodriguez; Manufacturers Bank Of Florida N/K/A Colonial Bank; Asset Acceptance, LLC; Chase Bank USA, N.A.; Ambassador X LP; W.S. The West 40 feet of Lot 8, and the West 40 feet of Lot 9, Block 62, Sulphur Springs Addition to Tampa FLA, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page(s) 5, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto, the Clerk of Hillsborough County will offer the above-referenced real property to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 13th day of October, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
