NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 21, 2014, entered in Case No. 12-CA-012562 DIV H of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC is the Plaintiff and John D. Mansfield Boyle; Unknown Spouse of John D. Mansfield Boyle; River Bend of Hillsborough County Homeowners Association, Inc.; Clerk of the Court, Hillsborough County, Florida; Unknown Tenant # 1; Unknown Tenant # 2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 2nd day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 9 OF RIVER BEND PHASE 1A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 104, PAGE 127, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
