NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 19, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-001710, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. SUMMERLIN ASSET MANAGEMENT V TRUST, U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF LEONOR ASTACIO; MILADY ASTACIO; HEATHER LAKES AT BRANDON COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; RICHARD ASTACIO; MIGUEL ASTACIO A/K/A MIGUEL ANTHONY ASTACIO; LEONARDO ASTACIO; DANIEL ASTACIO; JUANA ASTACIO A/K/A JUANA I. ASTACIO; GRECIA MARIA ASTACIO-BREA; LINDA ASTACIO A/K/A LINDA M. ASTACIO A/K/A LINDA ASTACIO-HOLDAMPF; MILADY ASTACIO AS GUARDIAN FOR NICOLE TANYA ASTACIO, A MINOR; MILADY ASTACIO AS GUARDIAN FOR TANYA NICOLE ASTACIO, A MINOR; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 7th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK D, OF HEATHER LAKES UNIT XXI PHASE C, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
