NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-029221 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION AND HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION TRUST 2007-HE2, Plaintiff, and, FRENCH JR, GREGORY P., et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 15thd ay of October, 2014, the following described property:
UNIT NO. 274 IN BUILDING J OF RUSSELLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 43, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3807, PAGE 1312, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
