RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered September 4, 2014 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-010434 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and DEAN S. TRANTINA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 24, Block 1, COUNTRY PLACE WEST - UNIT I, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 52, Page 25 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
