NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 1, 2014 and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-003160 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein CENTRAL MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and DAVID R CROSBY, JR; STEPHANIE BETHEL A/K/A STEPHANIE MAY CROSBY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR SAXON MORTGAGESERVICES, INC.; SOUTH POINTE OF TAMPA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. AKA SOUTHPOINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 11/18/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
