NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 13, 2014, and entered in 07-CA-016053 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and COVINA AT BAY PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ARTHUR W. KNIGHT A/K/A ARTHUR KNIGHT; UNKNWON TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 01, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 3, COVINA AT BAY PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGE 270 THROUGH 275, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
