NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 13, 2014, and entered in 10-CA-014336 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2005QA9 is the Plaintiff and DANIEL BUNTYN A/K/A DAN BUNTYN; REGIONS BANK; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; HOLLY KESTENS; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 01, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, AND THE WEST 9 FEET OF LOT 8, BLOCK 60 REVISED MAP OF MACFARLANE'S ADDITION TO WEST TAMPA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 30 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
