NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 13, 2014, and entered in 2010-CA-023018 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ARROW FINANCIAL SERVICES L L C is the Plaintiff and MARTHA SALGADO; PEDRO SALGADO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIELDSTONE MORTGAGE COMPANY, C/O ELECTRONIC DATA SYSTEMS, LLC; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY HOSPITAL AUTHORITY OPERATING TAMPA GENERAL HOSPITAL; TENANT 1 N/K/A ANGELINE MUCCIO; TENANT 2 N/K/A UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANGELINE MUCCIO are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 01, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 70 FEET OF LOT 2, AND THE SOUTH 7 FEET OF LOT 3, BLOCK 1, NORTHDALE-SECTION “J”, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
