NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 21, 2014 in Civil Case No. 09-CA-025718 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is Plaintiff and JAMES EDWARD MCNEALON , JAMES EDWARD, JAMES E MCNEALON, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, A/K/A KATHRYN LYNN CHICHON KATHRYN LYNN MCNEALON A/K/A KATHRYN MCNEALON A/K/A KATHRYN CHRISNER, J. LYNN BARNHARDT, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHRYN LYNN MCNEALON A/K/A KATHRYN MCNEALON A/K/A KATHRYN CHRISNER A/K/A KATHRYN LYNN CHICHON, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against James E. McNealon a/k/a James Edward Mc Nealon, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 15th day of October, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 7, less the South 3 feet thereof in Block 2, of WOODBRIAR WEST, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 50, Page 73, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
