NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 26, 2014 in Civil Case No. 29-2013-CA-004071 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION is Plaintiff and ROSEMARY DAFT, JEFFREY DAFT, UNKNOWN HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF DONALD A. DAFT, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, THE STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, CARROLLWOOD VILLAGE GREENFIELD MIDRISES CONDOMINIUMS ASSOCIATION, INC., CARROLLWOOD VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONALD A. DAFT, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEFFREY DAFT, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROSEMARY DAFT,, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Donald A. Daft, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 14th day of October, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. 307, Building I, of CARROLLWOOD VILLAGE GREENFIELD MIDRISES PHASE I, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2670, Page 665, according to Condominium Plat Book I, Page 13, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements as described in said Declaration appurtenant thereto, all in accordance with and subject, however to all of the provisions of the said Declaration of Condominium of Carrollwood Village Greenfield Midrises, Phase I.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
