NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 13, 2014 in Civil Case No. 10-CA-019141 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A is Plaintiff and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST A SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, PATRICIA ANN NABOR, DANIEL NABOR, PEBBLE CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, INC., JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 15th day of October, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 3 in Block 1 of PEBBLE CREEK VILLAGE UNIT NO. 8, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 62 Page 37 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
