NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 26, 2014 in Civil Case No. 14-CA-000482 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and MICHAEL K. RICHARDSON, J. SMITH, INDIVIDUALLY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF J. SMITH, J. SMITH, TRUSTEE OF THAT CERTAIN TRUST KNOWN AS THE BELTON FAMILY TRUST ALSO KNOWN AS TRUST NO. 590102002 DATED 1-22-2001, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL K. RICHARDSON, DIRECT GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY, A/S/O ELONDA YOUNG, CITY OF TAMPA, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 14th day of October, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
