LOT 18, IN BLOCK 1 OF SCHOOLVIEW ESTATES UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 88, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
