NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 9, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-2743 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which KONDAUR CAPITAL CORPORATION AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF MATAWIN VENTURES TRUST SERIES 2013-2, is the Plaintiff and PHILLIP K. MARSHALL; CIRA MARSHALL; ROSS A. URSO; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ INC., HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-S7; are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com/index.cfm in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 am on the 6th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
