N, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I TRUST 2007-HE2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007- HE2 is Plaintiff and ABELARDO ALONSO A/K/A ABIELARDO ALONSO; ARIELA SOLLET A/K/A ARTELLA SOLIET; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are defendants.
