NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 13, 2014, and entered in 09-CA-017707 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONAL CITY BANK is the Plaintiff and TARA RAMPERSAD; KIMRAJH RAMPERSAD; JOHN DOE #1 N/K/A ISAIN OLIN; JANE DOE #1 N/K/A ZAIRY DELEID; JOHN DOE #2 N/K/A JOSE WILLIAM CAMPOS; JANE DOE #2 N/K/A CLAUDIA RUVI are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 01, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 62 FEET OF THE LOT 4, BLOCK 4, OF W.E. HAMMER'S TOWERING PINES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
