NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 13, 2014, and entered in 2010-CA-010396 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and ALBERTO SILGUERO A/K/A ALBERTO R. SILGUERO; YALENYS SILGUERO A/K/A YALENYS E. SILGUERO; EQUESTRIAN PARC AT HIGHWOODS PRESERVE CONDO ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1 N/K/A VANESSA TYSON are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 01, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 18409, BUILDING 4, OF EQUESTRIAN PARC AT HIGHWOODS PRESERVE, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15574, PAGES 149 THROUGH 308, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
