NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2014, and entered in 11-CA-008014 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN TENANT II N/K/A JIM JACOBS; UNKNOWN TENANT I N/K/A DOUG JACOBS; DOUGLAS ALFRED JACOBS; DEBRA M. KOUSE; JAMES HOLLIS JACOBS; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; GROW FINANCIAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION F/K/A MACDILL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; ASSET ACCEPTANCE, LLC; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARILYN S. HUNLEY N/K/A JAMES HUNLEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEBRA M. KOUSE; MARILYN S. HUNLEY; ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUTEES, AND ALL PARTIES CLAIM AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST JESSIE M. JACOBS A/K/A JESSIE JACOBS, DECEASED are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 08, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 5, GROVE PARK UNIT I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
