NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 28, 2014 in Civil Case No. 10-CA-001733 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CERTIFICATES, FIRST HORIZON MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES FHASI 2006-AR1, BY FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, MASTER SERVICER, IN ITS CAPACITY AS AGENT FOR THE TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT is Plaintiff and JOHN DENICOLA, LORI L DENICOLA, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 16th day of October, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 108 FEET OF THE NORTH 367 FEET OF TRACT 3 IN THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, OF KEYSTONE PARK COLONY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
