NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 28, 2014 in Civil Case No. 08-CA-026081 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and STEPHEN E ROBINSON, SUNTRUST BANK, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 16th day of October, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, RUN SOUTH 89Ëš 46` WEST 303.8 FEET TO THE EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF VANDERBAKER ROAD; RUN THENCE NORTH 35Ëš 43` WEST ALONG THE EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF VANDERBAKER ROAD 438.7 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING; RUN THENCE NORTH 35Ëš 43` WEST 100.0 FEET, THENCE NORTH 54Ëš 17` EAST 100.0 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 35Ëš 43` EAST 100.0 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 54Ëš 17` WEST 100.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
