NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 20th day of August, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-000794, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR8 is Plaintiff and EDWARD TUCKER A/K/A EDWARD BERNARD TUCKER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDWARD TUCKER A/K/A EDWARD BERNARD TUCKER; ANITA D. LAMPKIN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 8th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT PART OF LOTS 14 AND 15 IN BLOCK 16 OF SOUTHGATE OF TAMPA'S NORTH SIDE COUNTRY CLUB AREA UNIT NO. 1, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27 ON PAGES 22 TO 27 INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS: BEGIN AT A POINT OF THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF FOREST HILLS DRIVE 20.7 FEET NORTHWESTERLY FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 15, RUN THENCE SOUTH 37 DEGREES 20 MINUTES WEST 68 FEET, THENCE NORTH 65 DEGREES 30 MINUTES WEST 73.9 FEET TO THE SAID EASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF WILLOW AVENUE, NORTHERLY ALONG SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY OF FOREST HILLS DRIVE, THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF FOREST HILLS DRIVE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
