LOT 11, BLOCK 12, PARKWAY CENTER SINGLE FAMILY PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 8038 MOCCASIN TRAIL DR, RIVERVIEW, FL 33578; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on October 15, 2014 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
