NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 28, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-021942 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff and SCOTT L SMITH, SCOTT L. SMITH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SCOTT L. SMITH IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; NATIONAL CITY BANK; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; LONNIE K. F-308, OF THE OLD HYDE PARK VILLAGE RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM “F”, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMJNJUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK4698, PAGE 36-198 AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
