NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 08, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-005862 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES WMALT SERIES 2006-AR4 TRUST, is Plaintiff, and NATHAN RUBINOV, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 27 day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 201 C, BUILDING C, EGYPT LAKE BEACH CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4916, PAGE 438, ET SEQ. AND AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 9, PAGE 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
