NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-003848, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida. The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-11, Plaintiff and JENOVAH ROBINSON; TARISSA WILLIAMS; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM on this October 8th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 85 FEET OF THE SOUTH 692 FEET OF THE WEST 176 FEET OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, LESS THE WEST 40 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY, ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA.
