NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 16, 2014 and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-006382 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and NATHAN VALLIN; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWHEQ, INC., HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-S1; THE LANDINGS OF TAMPA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 12/03/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT 6-16, THE LANDINGS OF TAMPA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15589, PAGE 1308, AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15605, PAGE 686, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO SET FORTH IN THE SAID DECLARATION.
