NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19, 2014, and entered in 09-CA-009845 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO NATIONAL CITY REAL ESTATE SERVICES LLC SUCCESOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE INC F/K/A NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE CO. is the Plaintiff and LAWRENCE R. JANKOWSKI; CAROL A. JANKOWSKI; JULIA JANKOWSKI; LAWRENCE M. JANKOWSKI; COUNTRY HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 9, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 7, COUNTRY HILLS UNIT ONE C, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE 21 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS THAT PART DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE NW CORNER OF SAID LOT 16, THENCE RUNS 03°48'07” E, 76.71 FEET, THENCE N 77°43'23” E, 7.00 FEET, THENCE N 01°25'02” W, 58.04 FEET, THENCE N 31°38'14” W 20.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
