NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 12, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-014947, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and CARL J. WILSON and MARTHA J. WILSON F/K/A MARTHA LEWIS and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's Website for On-Line Auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 29th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
