NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 2941C, EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 6, A Condominium according to Declaration of Condominium dated February 5, 1981 and filed February 12, 1981 in Official Records Book 5148, Page 1514, etc., as amended, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in common elements declared in said Declaration of Condominium to be appurtenant to the above described unit. With the following street address: 2941 Bough Avenue, #C, Clearwater, Florida 33760.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 24, 2014.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
