Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled case, number 2013-CC-004532 in the County Court of Pinellas, Florida, that I will sell the following property, in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
Lot 73, PINEBROOK ESTATES PHASE TWO UNIT 3, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 91, Page 19 and 20 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
The street address of the above described property is as follows: 6710 121st Ave. #2, Largo, Florida 33773.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, 10:00 A.M. on October 24, 2014. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
